Brooches

I love stitching brooches. Each is a tiny one-off creation because it is never possible to replicate exactly the stitching on one brooch to another.  That's what makes textiles so exciting - you never know exactly how an article will turn out because of the different types of threads you can use, the size of the needle in the machine, the fabrics you use, to say nothing of the mood one is in - so many reasons to create a unique piece of work.

My brooches come presented on a hand decorated card and are easy to post out because they are so light. They make ideal presents at any time of the year.
